culture will permit innovation to flourish.
- The ILQ (Innovation Leadership Quotient) measures the extent to which the
behaviours of senior figures in the organisation promote innovation.
- The I2Q (Individual Innovation Quotient) measures the extent to which individuals
behave in an innovative manner.
Each psychometric provides invaluable insights, many of which are not self-evident, and some initial guidance on response.
